Hello just wanted to let you know that the scooter didn’t work out for my mother and I sold it to another couple at the same assisted living facility. Their names are Jan and Vanessa Vanheiningen. I showed them the instructions for registration of the scooter online. Scooter ran fine by the way and seems like a good product. My mother just couldn’t get her feet over the battery pack down the middle.
