Love the lightweight compact design, price was really affordable, fits basically anywhere, in line at the fair , through doors , drove through a crowd very easily , battery life was impressive , we drove it all day and never dropped a bar on the battery life. I bought this for my wife she had a stroke left side. Her other scooter has the control on the right armrest. She wanted a handle in front to feel safer. Its a perfect scooter, its just like the grocery store ones only smaller. Its very easy to operate with 1 hand. The shipping was quick only 1 week we live in rural Colorado and it shipped from Washington state. We've only had it a few days but very happy with my purchase. Reasonably priced also. I recommend this scooter highly.

I spent days researching scooters and power wheelchairs for my wife who has limited mobility. I reached out to Zip'r several times with questions on different aspects of their scooters and every time they got right back to me with clarifications or answers. This was a deciding factor when it came to where to purchase the scooter. Thanks to their input/info I purchased a Zip'r 4 Xtra and it arrived today. I'm 76 so I opened the carton outside where the delivery man left it and carried the parts into the house. It was simple to reassemble and we charged it up. Can't wait until tomorrow when we take it outside for my wife to bomb around on it. Did a couple short test runs in the house and it is quick even on the low setting. My wife loves the red color it really glows.

My 4-wheel scooter is around the world. I took it on airplanes, in cargo, on passenger ships to Greece and Turkey. Then December to all the Christmas markets in Europe. All the airlines know what to do. I drive it to the door of the plane, and they take it and put it away. When I am disembarking they have it right by the door. The scooter held up perfectly. I had people in the counties ask where I got it and I said Zipr! I am extremely happy with your company good job!!!!

I contacted Ron due to a friend's non-working Roo scooter. But as it turned out there was nothing wrong with it. The friend, who loves the scooter, had gone over a big bump and merely dislodged the battery. He paid for a scooter technician to come and repair it. The tech disassembled it but could find nothing and left without any results. After I contacted Ron, he asked a few questions and, long distance, determined the battery may not have been inserted properly. That was exactly right! I was impressed by his precise analysis but actually there was no problem. I was more impressed with the attentive and lightning quick service. Where can you find that nowadays? At Zip'r

We purchased the Zipr Roo for our wheelchair bound mother. It delivered within a week, was easy to assemble, and she loves it! She likes the size, power and color and is very pleased with her new Zipr Roo. Highly recommend.

We love our Zipr! It has a lot of power, has a smooth ride, comfortable seat, and was easy to put together out of the box. It was shipped very quickly and was well packed. The ability to lift the arms and swivel the seat makes it very easy to access. Two of us can lift the scooter by its lift bars and place it in the back of our SUV without removing any parts. You would have to take it apart to place it in a trunk. If you are tall, you may find it lacking in leg room. We have only used it twice, but it seems very well built.

We were told to purchase instead of rent one of these after my son's surgery on his foot and the physician was right on the money! This was low cost compared to renting and works great. Very sturdy and easy to assemble out of the box. The hand brakes actually work very well and the locking mechanism for them holds up. It collapses and folds with ease to take on small trips and stores nicely in the back of our Sabaru Outback.
