Wish I could have gotten the extra model. This one is a little short for me.
These people are great to work with, very quick to respond to emails. Initially, they were concerned that the basket I ordered would not fit my scooter, which is a totally different brand. After a few emails back and forth, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. The basket, which is made for the Zipr Traveler, looks nearly identical to the one on my old Pride Revo from 2010, and it fit perfectly, slipped right onto the brackets. Pride no longer carries a basket for my scooter, but thanks to Zipr, I was able to replace my crumbling old basket.
Very easy to set up out of the box. Charged it for 10 hours over night and it was raring to go. I am 6 ft. at 230 lbs. and this chair has no problem going as fast as I care to go and with my supplemental oxygen machine. Super light weight yet very strong and agile. I got what I paid for. In a word it’s elegant.
The product was well made and I speak as an upholsterer for over 40 years. I needed to change out the base in order to install it, it was easy and the holes lined up perfectly.
