We love our Zipr! It has a lot of power, has a smooth ride, comfortable seat, and was easy to put together out of the box. It was shipped very quickly and was well packed. The ability to lift the arms and swivel the seat makes it very easy to access. Two of us can lift the scooter by its lift bars and place it in the back of our SUV without removing any parts. You would have to take it apart to place it in a trunk. If you are tall, you may find it lacking in leg room. We have only used it twice, but it seems very well built.

We were told to purchase instead of rent one of these after my son's surgery on his foot and the physician was right on the money! This was low cost compared to renting and works great. Very sturdy and easy to assemble out of the box. The hand brakes actually work very well and the locking mechanism for them holds up. It collapses and folds with ease to take on small trips and stores nicely in the back of our Sabaru Outback.

We didn't really need a power scooter, but the ability to raise and lower the seat has given my wife a renewed freedom in the kitchen that she has been missing for nearly 2 years. We are very pleased with this purchase

Had an issue with the battery. After speaking with the service Dept, they immediately shipped out a new battery and case. They were extremely helpful and prompt. They never made me feel like inept, which many other service depts do. By the way, I love the scooter.

FedEx delivered the first scooter and it was damaged. I called and got a call back the next morning and they shipped me another scooter that day. Got it 2 days later. They provided free shipping label to send the damaged one back. My wife loves this scooter. (Parkinsons) and can finally ride around the entire house without hitting walls, etc. The electric wheelchair always hit walls when she tried to go into rooms with doors.

Attempted to purchase same scooter from different site and they tried to up sell me. Chose to purchase from this site and it could not have been smoother! Fast shipping and great customer service. The scooter is perfect! I only need something to use a couple times a year and this checked all the boxes. Excellent value for the price!

Love it! It was easy to put together, keeps a good charge, takes corners well, it is mainly used in the house and never gets hooked up on rugs, it made my moms life so much better as she has breathing problems and her hallway is as long as a bowling ally, love this scooter, our only issue has been the rubber strips on the sides have all come off, we used double sided gorilla tape which has held tight

at 83 I use my scooter 4 everything-Dr. app'ts, social, shopping. I like the speed, short turning radius, easy plug-in, good seat. Good throttle setup, good speed. Maneuverable.

The speed and durability is fantastic. The battery holds a good charge.
