I figured out on how to install the red flag on my Traveler 4 scooter. I used the same bolt thats on the **** wheel in the back of the scooter. looks great and should be a little added protection.
Thus far over the phone service has been excellent. Ron in the service department has answered all my questions and has been very helpful in helping me make my decision on the type of scooter would work best for me. I purchased the traveler 4 scooter and so far I love it. Being 81 walking has become more difficult, and the scooter will assist me with getting around much easier.
Retired from retail work I know about great customer service and I got it . Unfortunately i didn't get the gentleman's name. My husband received a scooter missing a part. Not only did I get a reply from email ,he called to apologize .Great customer service!
