I bought one for my 81 yo mil to take on a cruise. Ordered it on a Monday morning it was delivered on Thursday. The employee that was helping me was very kind and knew I needed it before we left for our cruise and he tracked it for me. Great company and great customer service. Highly recommend. The scooter is great also.
